ABSTRAK

Muhammmad Yafi’ Nur Muttaqin, 1910413210028,2023 “Efektivitas Website Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai Pusat Informmasi Olahraga” di bawah bimbingan bapak Arif Rahman Hakim, S.Sos, M.IP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Website Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai Pusat Informasi Olahraga.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori efektivitas menurut teori efektivitas menurut (subagyo, 2001). Teori ini terdiri atas ketepatan sasaran, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pemantauan program.

Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  efektivitas website Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai sumber informasi olahraga tidak efektif.Dapat dikatakan demikian sebab website utama Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan memiliki sasaran dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait keolahragaan kepada atlet dapat mengakses berbagai informasi keolahragaan dan untuk website khusus PRA-POPNAS 2022 dan POMNAS 2023 disasarkan selain untuk mendapat informasi perlombaan olahraga juga untuk proses registrasi, dalam sosialisasi atau penyebaran informasi kedua web masih belum bisa menjangkau keseluruhan sasaran, pencapaian tujuan dalam menyampaikan informasi keolahragaan sudah terpenuhi namun belum bisa menjangkau keseluruhan atlet. Kemudian pemantauan dari website sendiri masih kurang diawasi sehingga penanganan jika ada kendala berjalan lambat. Sebagai bagian dari implementasi e-government web utama berada pada tingkat publish dan web khusus berada pada tingkat interact.

ABSTRACT

Muhammad Yafi’ Nur Muttaqin, 1910413210028, 2023 ”Effectiveess of the South Kalimantan province Youth and Sports Service Website as a Sports Informaton Center”. Under the guidance of Mr. Arif Rahman Hakim, S.Sos, M.IP.

            This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the South Kalimantan Province Youth and Sports Service Website as a Sports Information Center.

            This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The theory used in this research is effectiveness theory according to (Subagyo, 2001). This theory consist of targer accuracy, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of the South Kalimantan Province Youth and Sports Service website is not yet effective.

The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of the South Kalimantan Province Youth and Sports Service website as a source of sports information is not effective. It can be said that this is because the main website of the South Kalimantan Province Youth and Sports Service has a target of conveying sports-related information to athletes who can access various sports information and the special websites PRA-POPNAS 2022 and POMNAS 2023 are targeted not only to get information about sports competitions but also for the registration process, In terms of socializing or disseminating information, both websites are still unable to reach all targets, achieving the goal of conveying sports information has been fulfilled but has not been able to reach all athletes. Then monitoring of the website itself is still not supervised enough so that handling if there are problems is slow. As part of e-government implementation, the main web is at the publish level and the special web is at the interact level.
