Mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) are a type of vegetable that is popular with the public because it has a delicious taste and contains various nutrients in the form of protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins. Based on the Central Statistics Agency, mustard greens production in South Kalimantan from 2018 to 2020 decreased by 38.6%. The decrease in production results could be due to decreased soil fertility caused by residue from the use of chemical fertilizers. One way to increase soil fertility is to use organic fertilizer, such as bokashi.

The aim of this research was to determine the response of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) to the administration of several doses of bokashi made from oyster mushroom baglog waste and the most effective chicken manure. This research was carried out on Jl. Sumbersari, Sungai Besar Village, South Banjarbaru District, Banjarbaru City and the ULM Agroecotechnology Department Integrated Laboratory from August to October 2022. The research was carried out using a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications, so there were 24 experimental units. The results of the research showed that administering several doses of compost made from baglog waste and chicken manure had an influence on the growth and yield of mustard greens.
