The low nutrient content in the soil, as well as the low eggplant production, can be overcome by proper fertilization methods. This research aims to determine to what extent liquid tofu waste fertilizer (PC) can reduce inorganic fertilizer (PA) in improving soil N, P, and K content and enhancing plant growth. The study was conducted at the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, using a completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor. Based on this, combinations of liquid fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer were tested as follows: P0 = without PC and PA (control), P1 = PC (0% of fertilization dose)+PA (100% of fertilization dose), P2 = PC (75% of fertilization dose)+PA (25% of fertilization dose), P3 = PC (50% of fertilization dose)+PA (50% of fertilization dose), P4 = PC (25% of fertilization dose)+PA (75% of fertilization dose), and P5 = PC (100% of fertilization dose)+PA (0% of fertilization dose). The conclusion of this study shows that the 25%PC+75%PA treatment is able to influence NH4+, number of leaves, and dry weight of plants equivalent to 100% inorganic fertilizer treatment and reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers by 25%. The 50%PC+50%PA treatment was able to influence NO3-, K-available, and plant wet weight equivalent to the 100% inorganic fertilizer treatment and reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers by 50%. The treatment of 75%PC+25%PA was able to give an effect on P-available equivalent to the treatment of 100% inorganic fertilizer and reduce the use of inorganic fertilizer by 75%.
