The problem with acid soil is a soil pH lower than 5.5 and a high exchangeable aluminum content. This research aims to determine and create several maps of the distribution of soil acidity and lime requirements. This research used a survey method with a purposive sampling technique with 24 sample points based on area, namely soil samples taken at a depth of 0-60 cm on dry land agriculture (167.5 hectares) with a slope of 0-8% (flat) and plantation land (180.4 hectares) with a slope of 8-15% (sloping). The results of research on the distribution of soil pH in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City show that 90.40% of dry land agriculture is classified as acid and 9.60% is slightly acidic, while on plantation land 55.70% is classified as acidic and 44.30% is slightly acidic.  The distribution of CaCO3 lime requirements (based on 1 exchangeable Al) on dry land agriculture with a slope of 0 – 8% (flat) is 0 – 2.5 tons ha-1 (3.82%), 2.5 – 5 tons ha-1 1 (73.07%), 5 – 7.5 tons ha-1 (19.68%), and 7.5 – 10 tons ha-1 (3.44%). The distribution of lime requirements on plantation land with a slope of 8 – 15% (sloping) is 0 – 2.5 tons ha-1 (21.34%), 2.5 – 5 tons ha-1 (64.30%), 5 – 7.5 tons ha-1 (7.11%), 7.5 – 10 tons ha-1 (3.82%) and > 10 tons ha-1 (3.43%).
