Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuikomunikasisocialdanresolusikonflikantaraperusahaan PTPN XIII kelapasawitdenganmasyarakatdesapemudakecamatanpelaihari, Penelitianinimenggunakanpendekatanpenelitiankualitatifdengantipedeskriptif. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakanwawancara, studiliteraturedandokumentasi. Teknikanalisis data menggunakananalisis model miles danhubermanberupareduksi data, peyajian data, danpenarikankesimpulan.

Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanresolusikonflik yang diterapkanoleh PTPNXIII yaitu: 1. Asosiatif, PTPN XIIImenaikanperekonomianmasyarakatmelalui program yang dibuatolehperusahaan PTPN XIIIkepadamasyarakatuntuksalingkerjasamadanmemberi keuntungan. 2. Akomodasi, adanyakeseimbanganinteraksisocialdengannormadannilaidalammasyarakat. PTPN XIII dalamhalinimelakukanpenyesuaiandengankelompokmasyarakat dilingkungansekitardenganpihakperusahaanikutandildalamkegiatanmasyarakat. 3. Asimilasi, PTPN XIII menjalankan program socialperusahaandalampendekatandenganmasyarakatsekitar agar terciptanyakeharmonisandanmendukungsertamembangunekonomi di desapemuda. 4. Disosiatif, PTPN XIII melakukankerjasamadenganmasyarakatdenganmengadakanprogram dengansystembagihasilantara PTPN XIII danwargadesapemuda. 5. Penyelesaianresolusikonflik PTPN XIIImelakukan program dengantujuanbisa mendekatkandirisecara personal ataukelompokkepadamasyarakatdenganprogram yang dibuat kepadamasyarakat.

ABSTRACT

Indra Dharmawan, NIM D1C113255, 2018, Social Communication and Conflict Resolution Between Companies PTPN XIII Palm Oil and Community Youth Village Pelaihari District (case study of plasma farmers, community development programs, partnerships). Under the guidance of Sri Astuty as mentor I and Novaria Maulina as counselor II.

This study aims to determine social communication and conflict resolution between PTPN XIII oil palm companies and youth village communities in Pelaihari sub-district. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive type. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, literature studies and documentation. Techniques of data analysis using miles and huberman model analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.

The results show that conflict resolution applied by PTPN XIII, namely: 1. Associative, PTPN XIII raises the economy of the community through a program created by the company PTPN XIII to the community for mutual cooperation and profit. 2. Accommodation, the balance of social interaction with norms and values ??in society. PTPN XIII in this case made adjustments to community groups in the surrounding environment with the company taking part in community activities. 3. Assimilation, PTPN XIII runs a corporate social program in an approach with the surrounding community in order to create harmony and support and develop the economy in the youth village. 4. Dissociative, PTPN XIII cooperates with the community by conducting programs with profit sharing systems between PTPN XIII and youth villagers. 5. PTPN XIII conflict resolution solutions carry out programs with the aim of being able to get closer to the person or group to the community with programs made to the community.
