            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektifitas Website Resmi Humas dan Protokol Setdako Banjarbaru sebagai Media Informasi bagi Masyarakat Kota Banjarbaru.

            Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian evaluatif.  Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada 350 sampel masyarakat Kota Banjarbaru dengan objek penelitian website resmi Humas dan Protokol Setdako Banjarbaru.

            Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung  = 234,892 dan t_tabel = 1,965 dimana hipotesis diterima jika nilai t_hitung >t_tabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis H_α diterima dan H_o ditolak, sehingga website resmi Humas dan Protokol Setdako Banjarbaru efektif sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat Kota Banjarbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa website resmi Humas dan Protokol Setdako Banjarbaru memenuhi 5 kriteria website yang baik dan diperoleh hasil rata-rata persentase 84.15% dengan predikat sangat efektif.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to find out about how Effectiveness of the Banjarbaru Regional Secretariat Public Relations and Protocol Official Website as an Information Media for the People of the Banjarbaru City.

The research used a quantitative methods with evaluative type of the research. Data collections was done by distributed questionnaires to 350 samples of the people in Banjarbaru city with the object of research official website of the Banjarbaru Regional Secretariat Public Relations and Protocol.

The result of tested hypothesis, the researcher gets value t_count  = 234,892 and t_table = 1,965 the hypotheses will be accepted if the value t_count >  t_{table .} Based on the result of research indicates hypothesis H_α was accepted and H_o was rejected, so that official website of the Banjarbaru Regional Secretariat Public Relations and Protocol is effective as an information media for the people of the Banjarbaru City. The results of the study showed to the Banjarbaru Regional Secretariat Public Relations and Protocol official website reached 5 criteria for a good website obtained by the average percentage of 84.15% with a very effective predicate.
