Civil procedure law applicable in the general court environment is sourced to HIR / RBg. While the Civil Procedure Law applicable in the Religious Courts Environment, besides being sourced from the provisions of the HIR / RBg also regulating in Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts related to Law Number 3 Year 2006 and Law Number 50 Year 2009 concerning Amendment to Law Number 7 Year 1989 concerning the Religious Courts.
 
This study examines how to regulate the accumulation of divorce claims and joint assets in the Civil Procedure Code and What are the Implications and Implementation of Juridical Judges of the General Judiciary regulating, adjudicating and deciding the cumulation of divorce claims and joint assets. The type in this study, is the existence of vagueness of norms about the cumulation of divorce and joint property claims in the General Justice Environment.
 
The rules governing the accumulation of divorce and joint property claims are in Article 86 paragraph (1) of Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning the Religious Courts. In the HIR / RBg as a civil or formal legal event, it does not apply to the cumulation of divorce and joint property claims not including, but also jurisprudence, the Supreme Court which allows the accumulation of divorce and joint property claims.
