This research was conducted to determine the performance at The BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin for the year 2016 to 2018 through a Value for Money approach. Value for Money is a management concept of public sector organizations that is based on three main elements, which are economics, efficiency, and effectiveness.

This research is a descriptive study with the research object is the Realization of Performance's Achievement at The BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin which is contained in the Performance Report of Government Institutions (LKIP) At the BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin in the period of 2016-2018. Data collection methodsthatis used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis on the measurement of economic, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The result of this research showed that the level of economic performance At the BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin for the year 2016-2018 is quite economical. In addition, the level of efficiency performance At the BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin for the year 2016-2018 showed an efficient level of performance. Furthermore, the level of effectiveness performance At the BLUD of Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin for the year 2016-2018 showed an effectiveness level of performance.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 melalui pendekatan value for money. Value for Money merupakan konsep pengelolaan organisasi sektor publik yang mendasarkan pada tiga elemen utama, yaitu ekonomis, efisiensi, dan efektivitas.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan objek yang diteliti adalah data Realisasi Pencapaian Kinerja BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin yang terdapat pada Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKIP) BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin  periode tahun 2016-2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif pada pengukuran ekonomi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ekonomis kinerja BLUD RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 menunjukkan tingkat kinerja yang cukup ekonomis. Kinerja BLUD RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 menunjukkan tingkat kinerja yang efisien. Sementara kinerja BLUD RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 menunjukkan tingkat  kinerja yang efektif.
