ABSTRAKSI

Tujuan pokok penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, dan openness to experience terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM Sasirangan di Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research yang bergunauntuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat antara orientasi kewirausahaan, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, dan openness to experience dengan kinerja bisnis. Non Probability Sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan didapatkan sebanyak 35 responden pemilik UMKM Sasirangan di Kota Banjarmasin. Analisis Regresi Berganda diterapkan agar menguji dampak dari orientasi kewirausahaan, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, dan juga openness to experience pada kinerja bisnis dibantu dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan dimiliki oleh hubungan variabel orientasi kewirausahaan, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness terhadap kinerja bisnis, sedangkan variabel extraversion, neuroticism, dan openness to experience tidak ditemukan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja bisnis.

ABSTRACT

The primary objective of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience on business performance of Sasirangan in Banjarmasin City. This research is an explanatory research type which is useful to explain and analyse the causal relationships between entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience with business performance. Non Probability Sampling was used in this study and obtained 35 respondents from the owner of Sasirangan in Banjarmasin City. Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience on business performance assisted by the SPSS program. The results obtained showed that the entrepreneurial orientation, agreeableness, and conscientiousness variables had a significant effect on business performance, while the variables extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience did not affect business performance.
