While in the event of transfer of shares as a result of Number 30/POJK.04/2017 concerningBuyBackofSharesCompanysaysthatitmustgettheapprovalof the General Regulation of OJK by Public (Open)of Shareholders, nevertheless, for the transfer  of  sharessoldat  the  Stock  Exchange  and  outside  Stock  Exchange  it  is allowed without the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
