Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran matematika materi operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan pada siswa kelas 5 SDN Kelayan Timur 7 Banjarmasin, disebabkan siswa kurang berminat dan kurang termotivasi dalam pembelajaran matematika, ketidaksiapan siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika, siswa kurang mampu mengemukakan jawaban/ pendapat tentang tugas yang diberikan guru. Solusi yang digunakan melalui kombinasi model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Discovery Learning dan Time Token. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendiskripsikan aktivitas guru, mendiskripsikan aktivitas siswa dan menganalisis hasil belajar siswa.

Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5 SDN Kelayan Timur 7Banjarmasin tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 berjumlah 21 siswa. Jenis data yaitu kualitatif diperoleh dari hasil observasi aktivitas guru sedangkan kuantitatif diperoleh melului teknik pengukuran hasil belajar berupa tes tertulis diakhir pelajaran. Aktivitas guru dikatakan berhasil jika mencapai kriteria “sangat baik” aktivitas siswa ≥ 80% dengan kriteria “ aktif dan sangat aktif ”. Hasil belajar siswa tuntas apabila secara individu dan klasikal 80% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥ 65.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas guru memperoleh skor 24 (85,81) kriteria “sangat baik”. Aktivitas siswa memperoleh persentasi klasikal 61,90 dan 38,10 dengan kriteria “ sangat aktif dan aktif “. Hasil belajar siswa memperoleh persentasi klasikal  85,71% kriteria “ tuntas ”. Sehingga telah mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan.

          Hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada guru, kepala sekolah dan peneliti sendiri agar dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa dengan menerapkan kombinasi model  Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Discovery Learning dan Time Token.

The low student learning outcomes in mathematics subject matter of addition and reduction fractions in grade 5 students of SDN Kelayan Timur 7 Banjarmasin, caused by students not interested and less motivated in learning mathematics, students' unpreparedness in learning mathematics, students are less able to express answers / opinions about the assignments given the teacher. The solution is used through a combination of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Discovery Learning and Time Token models. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of teachers, describe student activities and analyze student learning outcomes.

The research subjects were students in grade 5 at SDN Kelayan Timur 7 Banjarmasin in the 2018/2019 academic year with a total of 21 students. The qualitative data type is obtained from the observation of teacher activities while quantitative is obtained through measuring techniques of learning outcomes in the form of a written test at the end of the lesson. Teacher activity is said to be successful if it reaches the criteria of "very good" student activity ≥ 80% with the criteria of "active and very active". Student learning outcomes are complete if individually and classically 80% of students get a value ≥ 65.

The results showed the teacher's activity gained a score of 24 (85.81) "very good" criteria. Student activities get a classical percentage of 61.90 and 38.10 with the criteria "very active and active". Student learning outcomes obtain a classical percentage of 85.71% "complete" criteria. So that it has reached the specified indicator.

                       The results of this study are suggested to teachers, principals and                  researchers themselves to be used as an alternative learning that can                      improve student learning outcomes and activities by applying a                              combination of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Discovery                          Learning and Time Token models.
