PENGARUH PERSEPSI TUNTUTAN KERJA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN SUBJEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN X PONSEL BANJARBARU DAN MARTAPURA

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruhpersepsi tuntutan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada karyawan X Ponsel Banjarbaru dan Martapura. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh persepsi tuntutan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada karyawan x ponsel. Teknik yang digunakan sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan X ponsel yang berjumlah 74 karyawan dijadikan subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen skala persepsi tuntutan kerja dan kesejahteraan subjektif. Skala dibuat menggunakan skala likert dalam bentuk checklist dan analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh persepsi tuntutan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,289> 2,005) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Artinya ada pengaruh positif antara persepsi tuntutan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif. Semakin tinggi tingkat persepsi tuntutan kerja, maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 20,4 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF PERCEIVED JOB DEMANDS ON SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING IN EMPLOYEES OF CELLPHONE X BANJARBARU AND MARTAPURA

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of perceived job demands on subjective well-being in the employees of Cellphone X Banjarbaru and Martapura. The hypothesis proposed in this study was that there was an effect of perceived job demands on subjective well-being in the employees of Cellphone X. The sampling technique used in the study was a saturation sampling, so all the employees of Cellphone X, 74 employees, were selected as the research subjects. The instruments included a scale of perceived job demands and a scale of subjective well-being. The scales were created using a Likert scale in the form of a checklist and data were analyzed using a linear regression. The result showed that there was an effect of perceived job demands on subjective well-being, as indicated by the value of t count > t table (4.289 > 2.005) with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). It indicates that there is a positive effect of the perceived job demands on the subjective well-being; the higher the level of perceived job demands, the higher the subjective well-being. The effect of the perceived job demands on the subjective well-being is 20.4%, while the remaining 79.6% is from other factors.
