POLITICAL RECRUITMENT OF INDONESIAN DEMOCRACY PARTY STRUGGLE FOR DETERMINING THE LEGISLATIVE MEMBERS OF

 BANJARMASIN CITY

ABSTRACT

This reseach aims of this research is to describe the political recruitment of PDI Perjuangan Branch Management Board in the city of Banjarmasin last year 2019.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research using two data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation relating to research, key informants include the Chairperson, Secretary, Selection Team, and Legislative Candidates for the PDI Perjuangan Branch Office of Banjarmasin City Branch. The data collected was then described and analyzed to provide an overview of the political recruitment of the PDI Perjuangan Branch Office in Banjarmasin City with procedures, data collection, data reduction, data display, verification and conclusions.

Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the political recruitment process of the PDIP party in Banjarmasin has an open system but prioritizing the majority of candidates selected are taken from cadres who are considered to have potential. To capture the candidates who have been regulated in the party's statutes / articles of association. PDIP in the selection process has a firmer indicator that majority candidates will be taken from cadres and who have high loyalty to the party and of course also qualified to be able to occupy political elite positions will later be strengthened with the minimum requirement of having served five years in the party. This party also does not use a system of deals with people from outside the party which are done incorrectly.

               It is recommended that the PDI-P Party conduct socialization of recruitment and regeneration routinely in order to attract the sympathy of the people to join the PDI-P Party.

REKRUTMEN POLITIK PARTAI DEMOKRASI INDONESIA PERJUANGAN DALAM MENETAPKAN CALON ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF KOTA BANJARMASIN

ABSTRAK

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rekrutmen politik Dewan Pimpinan Cabang PDI Perjuangan di Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2019.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian, informan yang menjadi kunci meliputi Ketua, Sekretaris, Tim Seleksi, dan Calon legislatif Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai PDI Perjuangan Kota Banjarmasin. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan selanjutnya dideskripsikan serta dianalisis untuk memberikan gambaran tentang rekrutmen politik Dewan Pimpinan Cabang PDI Perjuangan Kota Banjarmasin dengan prosedur, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, verifikasi serta kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses rekrutmen politik partai PDIPerjuanganKota Banjarmasin menggunakanmetode terbuka dan tertutup, proses ini dirasa sudah cukup baik, untuk menjadi calon anggota legislatif dari partai PDI Perjuangan harus melewati tahapan berjenjang, yakni: tahap persiapan, tahap pengumuman, tahap penjaringan, tahap seleksi, hingga tahap penetapan calon anggota legislatif. untuk menetapkan calon anggota legislatif partai PDI Perjuangan mempunyai pertimbangan dan penilaian seperti tingkat keloyalitasan kepada partai, pengalaman organisasi, kemampuan atau kapasitas serta memiliki pengaruh seperti apa pada partai.

Disarankan kepada Partai PDI Perjuangan melakukan sosialisasi rekrutmen dan kaderisasi secara rutin guna menarik simpati masyarakat untuk bergabung ke Partai PDI Perjuangan.
