The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze (1) the effect of dual role (work-family conflict) and work stress on female employees at the Banjarmasin Regional Finansial Agency (2) the effect of dual role conflict (work-family conflict) on female employees in Banjarmasin Regional Finansial Agency (3) the effect of work stress on female employees at the Banjarmasin Regional Finansial Agency.

The respondents of this study were 35 female employees of the Banjarmasin Regional Finansial Agency. Sampling using nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The data is then processed with multiple linier regression. T test results of the study prove that there is a effect between multiple role conflict (work-family conflict) on female employees performance and between work stress on female employees performance. F test results prove the dual role conflict (work-family conflict) and work stress together affect the performance of female employees. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 test show that dual role conflict and work stress have an effect on the performance of female employees of teh Banjarmasin Regional Finansial Agency as much as 51,2%.

Nadiya Salma (2019). Pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda (Work-Family Conflict) dan stres kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Wanita Pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa (1) pengaruh konflik peran ganda (work-family conflict) dan stres kerja terhadap pegawai wanita pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin (2) pengaruh konflik peran ganda (work-family conflict) terhadap pegawai wanita pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin (3) pengaruh stres kerja terhadap pegawai wanita pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin.

Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 35 pegawai wanita Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin. Penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability samplingdengan purposive sampling. Data kemudian diolah dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh antara konflik peran ganda (work-family conflict) terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita dan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita. Hasil uji f penelitian membuktikan konflik peran ganda (work-family conflict) dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda (work-family conflict) dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita Badan Keuangan Daerah Banjarmasin sebanyak 51,2%.
