The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of perceived organizational support on employee job satisfaction of the Main Branch of Kalsel Bank; 2) the influence of perceived supervisor support on employee job satisfaction of the Main Branch of Kalsel Bank.

This research is a causality research with quantitative approach. The respondents of this research were 61 regular employees of the Main Branch of Kalsel Bank. Sampling technique used was saturated sample or census method. Data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test research prove that there is a positive influence between perceived organizational support on employee job satisfaction and between perceived supervisor support on employee job satisfaction. The determination coefficient test results R2 shows that perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support affects job satisfaction of the Main Branch of Kalsel Bank employees by 80,5%.

ABSTRAKSI

 

Chelsea Liviona (2019). Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Persepsi Dukungan Atasan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Cabang Utama Bank Kalsel. Pembimbing: Zakhyadi Ariffin.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Cabang Utama Bank Kalsel; 2) pengaruh persepsi dukungan atasan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Cabang Utama Bank Kalsel.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah 61 pegawai tetap Cabang Utama Bank Kalsel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau metode sensus. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sifatnya positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan antara persepsi dukungan atasan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan persepsi dukungan atasan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai Cabang Utama Bank Kalsel sebesar 80,5%.
