ABSTRAK

media pembelajaran ular tangga berwawasan lahan basah belum digunakan dala dan peserta didik masih pasif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ketika menggunakan media pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Pelaihari melatarbelakangi penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ular tangga berwawasan lahan basah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran ular tangga lahan basah, dengan tujuan khusus yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan (1) validitas media pembelajaran ular tangga, (2) kepraktisan media pembelajaran ular tangga, (3) efektivitas media pembelajaran ular tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data kemudian divalidasi kelayakannya terdiri dari RPP, media pembelajaran ular tangga lahan basah, angket respon peserta didik, dan THB. Subjek uji coba adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Pelaihari yang berjumlah 24 orang peserta didik. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar keterlaksanaan RPP, tes hasil belajar, dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) media pembelajaran berwawasan lahan basah layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran diperoleh persentase sebesar 85% berkategori layak; (2) kepraktisan media pembelajaran ular tangga berwawasan lahan basah berdasarkan hasil analisis angket respon peserta didikdiperoleh persentase 85% yang berkategori praktis; (3) efektivitas tes hasil belajar berdasarkan uji normalize gain (N- gain) dengan skor 0,71 berkategori tinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran ular tangga lahan basah yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran IPA di SMP.

ABSTRACT

 

wetland snake ladder learning media has not been used in and students are still passive in learning activities when using instructional media in SMP Negeri 3 Pelaihari the background of research on the development of snake ladder learning media with wetland insight. The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility study media snake ladder wetlands, with special objectives are to describe (1) the validity of snake ladder instructional media, (2) the practicality of learning media snake ladder, (3) the effectiveness of instructional media snakes. This research is a development research that uses ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The instrument used for data retrieval and then validated the feasibility consists of lesson plans, instructional media snake ladder wetlands, questionnaire responses of learners, and THB. The subjects of the trial were the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pelaihari, totaling 24 students. The data were obtained by using validation sheets, implementation sheets for RPP, learning outcomes tests, and student questionnaire responses. The results of the study showed that (1) the learning media with wetland perspective suitable for use in learning obtained a percentage of 85% in the proper category; (2) the practicality of the wetland-minded snake ladder learning media based on the results of the questionnaire response analysis of students obtained a percentage of 85% in the practical category; (3) the effectiveness of the learning outcomes test is based on the normalize gain (N-gain) test with a score of 0.71 in the high category. It was concluded that the medium of snake ladder wetland learning media developed was suitable for use in natural science learning in junior high schools.
