            The problem in this research is low result of learning IPS on the fifth grade students of SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin wherein at academic year 2017/2018there 16 students gained the value of test IPS are still under KKM which is plotted on 65. The reason of this casecausally the students were not be able to understand about material in well,the students are less able to communicate and work together in groups, lot of they are still inactive and most of them are not in confidence to express their opinions. The efforts are made using combination of learning models of Student Teams Achievement Division, Two Stay Two Stray and Numbered Heads Together on material Diversity of Ethnic Group and Culture in Indonesia, with purpose to describe teacher activity and students activity and to analyze studentlearning outcomes.

            The approach of this research used a qualitative descriptive, while its type is a class action research in four cycle. This research was conducted in SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin at Fifth grade with the number of students 24 people consisting of 10 boys and 14 girls in academic year 2018/2019. The student learning outcomes data was obtained through the measurement technique with student’s written test, while the teacher and students activity data was obtained from observations. The data analysis technique used the average and percentage of scoring.

            The results of the research showed that the models combination Student Teams Achievement Division, Two Stay Two Stray and Numbered Heads Together can be known that the teacher's activities from the cycle I with acquisition score was 72,22 increased to 97,22 in the cycle IV. Students activity in the cycle I based on the classical was 56,545% increased to 88,815% in the cycle IV. Students' learning outcomes reached the expected successfull indicator, in the cycle I reached 14,28% and in the cycle IV increased to 100%.

            Conclusion of this research is the teacher's activity, student’s activity and learning outcomes by individual an classical was increased. It is suggested to teacher to use the Student Teams Achievement Division, Two Stay Two Stray and Numbered Heads Together as an alternative in choosing a learning model
