              Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui opini yang berkembang dan terjadi tentang pilpres 2019 di instagram khususnya ruang lingkup FISIP ULM Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan  di Banjarmasin. Adapun informan penelitian ini adalah para pimimpinan  FISIP ULM Banjarmasin yang berisi opini pimpinan mengenai sengketa Pilpres 2019 di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian Kualitatif menggunakan Teknik yang dilakukan dalam validasi data yaitu teknik triangulasi Dalam penelitian kualitatif terdapat beberapa cara, menurut Denzin (1978) dalam Moleong (2014:330) menyebutkan bahwa triangulasi dibagi menjadi empat macam teknik pemeriksaan yang memanfaatkan penggunaan sumber, metode, penyidik dan teori.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opini pimpinan terhadap keputusan sengketa Pilpres 2019 terdapat Pro dan Kontra, tidak lepas dari itu sebagian berpendapat netral, semua hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung terhadap narasumber. Dari hasil yang didapat semua sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku bahwasanya keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sudah tepat sebagai lembaga yang bersifat independent usebagai sarana mencari hasil dari snegketa sesuai UU yang telah diatur.

The purpose of this study was to find out the opinions that developed and occurred about the 2019 presidential election on Instagram, especially the scope of Banjarmasin ULM FISIP. This research was conducted in Banjarmasin. The informantof this study was the leader of the ULM Banjarmasin FISIP which contained leader opinions regarding the dispute over the 2019 Presidential Election in the Constitutional Court. The research method used is Qualitative research methods using techniques carried out in data validation, namely triangulation techniques In qualitative research there are several ways, according to Denzin (1978) in Moleong (2014: 330) states that triangulation is divided into four types of examination techniques that utilize the use of resources , methods, investigators and theories.

The results showed that leader opinions on the disputed decisions of the 2019 Presidential Election had Pro and Cons, not to mention that they were of neutral opinion, all the results of this study were carried out by direct interviews with informants. From the results obtained all in accordance with the rules that apply that the decision of the Constitutional Court is appropriate as an independent institution as a means of finding results from the law according to the law that has been regulated.
