The purpose of this study is to analyze the Judge's decision in case Number 221/PDT/G/2014/PN.DBG concerning the Transfer of Rights under this Hand whether it has fulfilled the principle of justice for the parties and to analyze the Judge's decision in case Number 221/PDT/G/2014/PN.DBG Regarding the Transfer of Rights under this Hand can it be a legal protection for other Debtors who experience the same case in the future. This research is a normative legal research, because this legal research is a process to find legal rules in order to answer the legal issues faced so as to obtain arguments as prescription in solving problems. According to the results of this study show that: First, the Judge's Decision in case Number 221/PDT/G/2014/PN.DBG concerning the Transfer of Rights to Land and Buildings Under the Hand has fulfilled the principle of justice. Because it has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, such as the existence of equality that equals the rights and obligations of all people equally before the law, provides a way out to create a sense of security and order in the community, especially those who are litigating and conformity with substantive procedures principles are fast, simple and low cost. Second, the Judge's Decision in case Number 221/PDT/G/2014/PN.DBG concerning the Transition of Rights to Land and Buildings Under the Hand can be used as Legal protection or reference for other Debtors who experience the same case in the future, legal protection here in the form of repressive legal protection aimed at resolving disputes or cases.
