       Performance is a work achievement, which is a comparison between work results that are tangible to the specified work standards.The teacher holds the main control for the success of achieving goals.Therefore the teacher must have teaching skills, manage the stages of learning, utilize methods, use the media, and allocate time.Teaching skills are a number of teacher competencies that display their performance professionally.The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between transformational leadership, work motivation towards discipline and teacher performance. This research is quantitative with cross sectional method and uses correlation research.The study population was 135 teachers and 101 respondents were taken as the study sample with proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire instruments and data analysis using test instruments (validity and reliability testing), descriptive analysis, linear relationship analysts and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the value of variable relationship is a positive number such as the transformational leadership relationship coefficient on teacher performance (X1-Y) of 0.437, the transformational leadership relationship coefficient on teacher work discipline (X1-X3) is 0.908, the relationship coefficient of school work motivation on performance teacher (X2-Y) of 0.292, the coefficient of teacher work motivation on work discipline (X2-X3) of 0.413, relationship coefficient of work discipline on teacher performance (X3-Y) of 0.342, transformational leadership relationship coefficient indirectly through work discipline towards Teacher performance (X1-X3-Y) is 0.311 and the relationship coefficient of school work motivation indirectly through work discipline on teacher performance (X2-X3-Y) is 0.141. The results of the t-test show all the path variables sig t < α (0,05), meaning that there is a significant influence on all variable paths.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant direct relationship between transformational leadership, work motivation towards discipline and teacher performanceand there is no indirect significant relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation towards discipline and teacher performance. Suggestions for school principals to provide inspirational motivation for teachers by implementing a reward system for teachers who have good performance and for teachers to receive constructive input and criticism from the principal, and always adhere to the principal's instructions for the progress of students.
