The background problem that occurs is the low student activity caused by learning that is still going one way, the level of student understanding is still low, students are less active, lack of student interest in learning mathematics, and lack of learning media. This study uses a Class Action Research approach, which consists of two cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class IV SDN Benua Anyar 3 Banjarmasin in the academic year 2019/2020, with 11 students consisting of 6 male students and 5 female students. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of a combination of Numbered Heads Together and Group Investigation models through snakes and ladders media can increase student activity.
