PADA Jl. VETERAN – Jl. AES NASUTIONBANJARMASIN

                                      ABSTRAK

Jl.Veteran – Jl. Aes Nasution adalah salah satu simpang tiga tak bersinyal yang ada di Banjarmasin, perlu dilakukan evaluasi agar dapat mengoptimasi kinerja simpang. Simpang ini memiliki arus lalu lintas yang cukup besar dan dilewati berbagai jenis kendaraan bermotor maupun tak bermotor.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan tingkat pelayanan persimpangan dan mengevaluasi simpang tersebut. Perhitungan analisis dan perencanaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Pengambilan data primer berupa survey lalu lintas, penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat kondisi jam puncak.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan kondisi eksisting didapatkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,649, Peluang antrian 17%–36 % dengan tundaan Simpang (D) sebesar 10,89 det/smp, indeks tingkat pelayanan (ITP) termasuk dalam level “C”. Jl. Veteran – Jl. Aes Nasution dapat dilakukan perhitungan simpang bersinyal dengan arah pergerakan yaitu Jl. Aes Nasution, Jl. Veteran Barat, Jl. Veteran Timur, dengan total pergerakan melalui simpang dari jam puncak.

Dari pengaturan fase sinyal didapat 3 fase dengan cycle times 78 detik, waktu hijau Fase 1 (38 detik), Fase 2 (16 detik) dan Fase 3 (13 detik).

                                  ABSTRACT

Jl. Veteran - Jl. Aes Nasution is one of the three unsigned intersections in Banjarmasin, needs to be evaluated in order to optimize the performance of the intersection. This intersection has a traffic flow that is big enough and passes various types of motorized and non-motorized vehicles.

This study was carried out to obtain the service level crossing and intersection evaluation. Calculation analysis and planning in this study using MKJI 1997. The primary data such as traffic surveys, the study was conducted during peak hours.

Based on the analysis of existing conditions calculation obtained the degree of saturation (DS) of 0.649, Opportunity queue Intersection 17%-36% with a delay (D) amounted to 10.89 sec/SMP, the index level of service (ITP) included in the level "C".Jl. Veteran - Jl. Aes Nasution canperform calculations with the direction of the intersection of Jl. Aes Nasution, Jl. Veteran West, Jl. Veteran East, with a total movement through the intersection of peak hours.

From the obtained signal phase adjustment phase with the cycle 3 times 78 seconds, the green time Phase 1 (38 seconds), Phase 2 (16 seconds) and Phase 3 (13 seconds).
