ABSTRAK
Jalan Marabahan – Margasari Kabupaten Barito Kuala pada STA 0+000 – 1+700 direncanakan dengan manual desain No.02/M/BM/2013, sedangkan sekarang sudah berkembang dengan metode baru yaitu manual desain perkerasan jalan No.02/M/BM/2017.
Perencanaan jalan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tebal perkerasan lentur dengan berpedoman pada Perancangan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Nomor 02/M/BM/2017 yang dikontrol menggunakan Pedoman Perkerasan Lentur Pt-T-01-2002-B serta menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biayanya (RAB).
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dalam tugas akhir ini ternyata terdapat perbedaan pada tebal lapis perkerasan lentur, Pada perencanaan awal menggunakan manual desain No.02/M/BM/2013 dengan tebal struktur perkerasan lapis permukaan = 4 cm (AC-WC); lapis sub permukaan = 6 cm (AC-BC); lapis sub permukaan = 8 cm (AC-Base); lapis pondasi atas = 30 cm (AgregatKelas A); dengan memakai Geotekstile Non Woven, Tensile Strenght = 24 kN/m dan hasil evaluasi menggunakan pedoman manual desain pekerasan jalan No.02/M/BM/2017 didapat lapis permukaan = 4 cm (AC-WC); lapis sub permukaan 1 = 6 cm (AC binder); lapis sub permukaan 2 = 10,5 cm (AC Base); lapis pondasi = 30 cm (Agregat Kelas A); lapis penompang tambahan 1 = 35 cm; lapis penompang atau Capping Layer 2 = 120 cm. Dengan Menggunakan pedoman Perkerasan Lentur Pt.T-01-2002-B didapat lapis permukaan = 4 cm (AC-WC); lapis permukaan antara = 8 cm (AC-BC); lapis pondasi atas = 15 cm (AC-BC); lapis pondasi bawah = 11 cm (Agregat Kelas B); untuk perbaikan tanah dasar <6%. Untuk hasil rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) didapat hasil = Rp. 18.652.959.000- dengan menggunakan hasil perhitungan tebal perkerasan lentur No.02/M/BM/2017

ABSTRACT
Marabahan road and Margasari Barito Kuala District on STA 0+000-1+700 is desain with flexsible pavement using manual desain No.02 / M / BM / 2013, although the manual desaign has been update to pavemant road design No.02 / M / BM / 2017.
The planning of this road aims to obtain flexible pavement thickness by referring to the Flexible Pavement Thickness Design Number 02 / M / BM / 2017 which is controlled using the Pt.T-01-2002-B Flexural Pavement Guidelines and calculate the Budget Plan (RAB).
Based on the result in this thesis there is a different on the layer of the flexcible pavement, on planning early use desaign pavement road design No.02 / M / BM / 2013 with layer pavement structure includes surface layer = 4 cm (AC-WC); sub layer of surface = 6 cm (AC-BC); base course = 8 cm (AC-Base); base course = 30 cm (Aggregate Class A); by using Geotextile Non Woven, Tensile Strenght = 24 kN / m and evaluation results using road pavement design manuals No. 02 / M / BM / 2017 obtained surface course = 4 cm (AC-WC); surface course 1 = 6 cm (AC binder); base course = 10,5 (AC Base); base course = 30 cm (Aggeregate Class A); additional support layer 1 = 35 cm; Capping the supporting layer or layer 2 = 120 cm. Using the Flexural Pavement guidelines Pt.T-01-2002-B obtained surface course = 4 cm (AC-WC); surface layer between = 8 cm (AC-BC); base course = 15 cm (AC-BC); sub base course = 11 cm (Aggeregate Class B); for subgrade repair <6%. For the results of the budget plan (RAB) the results obtained = Rp. 18.652.959,00,- using the calculation results of flexible pavement thickness No. 02 / M / BM / 2017
