This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Altman Z Score, Springate, and Zmijewski Models in predicting bankruptcy on transport companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016 – 2018. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method.

            The population in this study ere all trasportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016 – 2018. Of the population of 44 trasportation companies, 23 trasportation companies were obtained as samples with a three year observation period (2016 – 2018). Data analysis using three bankruptcy analysis models, namely the Altman Z Score Model, Springate Model, and Zmijewski Model.

            Based on the results of data analysis it was concluded that the Altman Z-Score Model showed 22 companies that were predicted to go bankrupt and 1 company in a vulnerable situation. The springate model shows that 6 companies are predicted to not go bankruptcy. The Zmijewski model shows that 7 companies are predicted to be bankrupt and 16 companies are predicted not to go bankrupt.
