ABSTRAK

Kabupaten Barito Utara dengan beribukota Muara Teweh dengan luasa 8.300 km² terletak antara 114º 27' 00'' -  115º 49' 00'' Bujur Timur dan 0º 58' 30'' Lintang Utara - 1º 26' 00'' Lintang Selatan. Dengan pertumbuahan penduduk yang cukup tinggidimana perananair yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia dan makhluk lainnya di alam ini. Tidak ada satupun kehidupan di dunia yang tidak membutuhkan air. Pertumbuhan penduduk diikuti ketersediaan air bersih yang sehat.meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan air bersih Masih ada daerah yang masih mengalami masalah kekurangan air bersih karena sulitnya pendistribusian air bersih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air bersih untuk tahun 2018, 2022, 2027, 2032, dan 2037 guna bisa melayani kebutuhan masyarakat untuk masa yang akan datang dan juga untuk mengetahui kualitas air bersih pada intake, serta membandingkan kebutuhan air dengan kapasitas intakenya.

Di dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan fenomena atau kejadian pada masa lampau untuk mengevaluasi kondisi periode tertentu sebagai dasar perencanaan pada masa mendatang. Proyeksi jumlah penduduk menggunakan metode statistik. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa perkembangan jumlah penduduk di masa mendatang, yaitu Aritmatik, Geometrik, Regresi Linier, Eksponensial, dan Logaritmik. Untuk kualitas air bersih langsung di ambil dari intake PDAM dan dirumah warga langsung dibawa ke Lab.Hidraulika untuk dilakukan pengujian dengan parameter uji seperti suhu, daya konduksi elektrik, jumlah zat padat terlarut, pH, kekeruhan, salinitas, dan pengukuran oksigen terlarut.

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Aritmatik karena nilai korelasinya dikatakan mendekati sempurna dibandingkan metode lain. Hasil dari intake air bersih yang dibutuhkan Kabupaten Barito Utara adalah dengan hasil sebagai berikut 2018; 2022; 2027; 2033; 2037 sebesar 236,65 L/detik, 350,93 L/detik, 502,52 L/detik, 554,09 L/detik, 572,80 L/detik. Kapasitas intake 266 L/detikt pada tahun 2018 masih terpenuhi dan untuk tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2037 kebutuhan air bersih belum terpenuhi. Dalam aspek kualitas air bersih, Sumber air baku yang digunakan PDAM Kabupaten Barito Utara belum memenuhi standar kelas I dari segi nilai pH, sehingga penggunaan air baku tersebut belum aman untuk dikonsumsi.

North Barito Regency with the capital of Muara Teweh with 8,300 km² district is located between 114º 27 '00' '- 115º 49' 00 '' East Longitude and 0º 58 '30' 'North Latitude - 1º 26' 00 '' South Latitude. With a fairly high population growth where the role of water is very important in the lives of humans and other creatures in nature. There is no life in the world that does not need water. Population growth is followed by the availability of healthy clean water. Increasing population growth and clean water needs There are still areas that are still experiencing problems with lack of clean water due to the difficulty of distributing clean water. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of clean water needs for 2018, 2022, 2027, 2032 and 2037 to be able to serve the needs of the community for the future and also to find out the quality of clean water at the intake, and compare the water needs with capacity.

In this quantitative and descriptive is a phenomenon or event in the past to evaluate the condition of a particular period as a basis for planning in the future. The projected population uses statistical methods. Methods that can be used to analyze population growth in the future, namely Arithmetic, Geometry, Linear Regression, Exponential, and Logarithmic. For the quality of clean water directly taken from the PDAM intake and at residents are immediately taken to the Lab. Hydraulics for testing with test parameters such as temperature, electrical conductivity, the number of dissolved solids, pH, turbidity, salinity, and measurement of dissolved oxygen.

In this study using the Arithmetic method because the correlation value is said to be close to perfect compared to other methods. The results of the clean water intake needed by East Barito Regency are the following results2018; 2022; 2027; 2033; 2037 amounting to 236.65 L/sec, 350.93 L/sec, 502.52 L/sec, 554.09 L/sec, 572.80 L/sec. The intake capacity of 266 L/sec in 2020 in the coming year the storage capacity is not met. In the aspect of clean water quality, the source of raw water used by North Barito Regency PDAM has not met the class I standard regarding pH value, so the use of raw water is not yet safe for consumption.
