ABSTRACT

Siam banjar citrus are a national superior variety. However, it’s productivity is still low so polyembryonic seeds are needed to produce apomic seeds which are expected to increase productivity in the future. One alternative is to stimulate the growth of polyembryonic seeds with the use of cow’s urine POC, because it contains N, P, and K which play a role in stimulate plant development. The best cow’s urine which is able to increase the germination of siam banjar citrus polyembryonic seeds. The studybwas conducted at the Faperta ULM Agroecotechnology Experimental Garden, for four months, starting from July to October 2019. The method used was a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of six treatments, and repeated four times, each experiment unit was repeated as many 20 seeds so that in total there are 480 seeds. Based on the results of the study,the application of cow’s urine POC significantly effected the observasion of the percentage of polyembryoni at 6 mst and plant height at 2 mst, as well as the best cow’s urine POC solution to increasesolution the percentage of conjoined siam banjar citrus polyembryonic that is equal to 50 ml.L^-1.
