This study focuses on the activties of teaching-learning English ofKejar Paket C at PKBM Melati Banjarmasin. It describes the teaching-learning process that consists of the activities in the classroom, the use of material and media, and the method applied by the teacher during teaching-learning English. The subject of the research was the English teacher in PKBM Melati Banjarmasin. Tocollect the data, the instruments that used by the researcher were observation, interview, and documentation. From the data analysis, it was found that the teaching-learning activities of Kejar Paket C at PKBM Melati needs improvement to meet the standard of teaching-learning.To support teaching-learning the teacher used  Grammar Translation Method as the method, a textbook as the main material and white board and board marker as the media. To conclude, it is suggested to English teachers to provide other sources, to apply other method and to make other media creatively so that the teaching-learning process is more interesting and better than before.
