Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) ada tidaknya hubungan langsung kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru; (2) ada tidaknya hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru; (3) ada tidaknya hubungan langsung motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru; (4) ada tidaknya hubungan langsung kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru; (5) ada tidaknya hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru; (6) ada tidaknya hubungan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui motivasi berprestasi dan (7) ada tidaknya hubungan tidak langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui motivasi berprestasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara Kota Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif dan analisis Regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pegawai negeri sipil di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara Kota Banjarmasin. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 163 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik, analisis korelasi dan uji F.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara signifikan bahwa: (1) adanya hubungan langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja guru; (2) adanya hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru; (3) adanya hubungan langsung motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru; (4) adanya hubungan langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi berprestasi guru.; (5) adanya hubungan langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan motivasi berprestasi guru; (6) adanya hubungan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja guru melalui motivasi berprestasi dan (7) adanya hubungan tidak langsung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui motivasi berprestasi.
Disarankan kepada pihak–pihak yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan adanya monitoring pelaksanaan kepemimpinan transformasional, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru sehingga mutu pendidikan dapat dimaksimalkan.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze: (1) whether there is a direct relationship between the principal transformational leadership and teacher performance; (2) whether there is a direct relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance; (3) whether there is a direct relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance; (4) whether there is a direct relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher achievement motivation; (5) whether there is a direct relationship between the principal's academic supervision with the teacher's achievement motivation; (6) whether there is an indirect relationship between principals 'transformational leadership and teacher performance through achievement motivation and (7) whether there is an indirect relationship between school principals' academic supervision and teacher performance through achievement motivation in North Banjarmasin District Primary Schools in Banjarmasin.
This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all civil servant teachers in Banjarmasin Utara District, Banjarmasin City. The sample used was 163 teachers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests, correlation analysis and F test.
The results showed significantly that: (1) there was a direct relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance; (2) there is a direct relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance; (3) there is a direct relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance; (4) there is a direct relationship between transformational leadership and teacher achievement motivation; (5) there is a direct relationship between the principal's academic supervision and the teacher's achievement motivation; (6) there is an indirect relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance through achievement motivation and (7) there is an indirect relationship between principals' academic supervision and teacher performance through achievement motivation.
It is recommended to parties involved in education to monitor the implementation of transformational leadership, academic supervision of school principals, achievement motivation to improve teacher performance so that the quality of education can be maximized.
