Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelapa sawit PT.Candi Artha (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelpa sawit PT. Candi Artha (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Candi Artha.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 68 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang berarti bahwa seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskripsi dan analisis regresi linier berganda.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa : (1) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelapa sawit PT.Candi Artha (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelapa sawit PT.Candi Artha (3) kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan produksi pabrik kelapa sawit PT.Candi Artha.

The purpose of this study is to (1) To determine the effect of financial compensation on the job satisfaction of PT.Candi Artha palm oil mill production employees (2) to determine the effect of the physical work environment on the job satisfaction of PT kelpa palm oil mill production employees. Candi Artha (3) to determine the effect of financial compensation and physical work environment on the job satisfaction of the employees of PT. Candi Artha.

This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 68 with the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique which means that the entire population was sampled. Data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is description analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of this study states that: (1) financial compensation affects the job satisfaction of PT.Candi Artha palm oil mill production employees (2) physical work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT.Candi Artha palm oil mill production employees (3) financial compensation and the physical work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT.Candi Artha palm oil mill employees.
