The purpose of this study is (1) to find out and analyze the influence of the physical work environment and simultaneous supervision of the non-structural employee work discipline at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat; (2) to find out and analyze the effect of the physical work environment on non-structural employee work discipline at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat; (3) to determine and analyze the effect of supervision on non-structural employee work discipline at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat.

This type of research is associative, with research respondents 61 non-structural employees of the Banjarmasin City Secretariat that can be used in data processing. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis and samples were taken using purposive sampling technique with Slovin formula.

The results of the study stated that: (1) physical work environment and supervision simultaneously affect the non-structural employee work discipline at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat (2) the physical work environment affects the work discipline of non-structural employees at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat (3) supervision affect the work discipline of non structural employees at the Banjarmasin City Regional Secretariat.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1)untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengawasan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif, dengan Responden penelitian 61 pegawai non struktural Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin yang dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan data. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin.

Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa : (1) lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengawasan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin (3) pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai non struktural pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Banjarmasin.
