ABSTRAK
Ahmad Ritaudin Program Studi Akuakultur “Frekuensi pemberian nauplius artemia (artemia sp) instar I terhadap kelangsungan hidup pada pendederan larva ikan papuyu (anabas testudineus bloch 1792)”. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam budidaya ikan papuyu diantaranya adalah tingginya tingkat kematian larva ikan terhadap perubahan lingkungan, penyakit, dan kegagalan larva dalam mengambil pakan alami. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu terbaik pemberian pakan alami naupli artemia berapa kali sehari untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan larva ikan papuyu yang dapat maningkatkan kelangsungan hidupnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan menghasilkan 12 unit percobaan. Perlakuan A : pemberian nauplius artemia 63 ml satu kali sehari, perlakuan B : Pemberian nauplius artemia 63 ml tiga kali sehari, perlakuan C : Pemberian nauplius artemia 63 ml lima kali sehari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelangusungan hidup (Survival rate) ikan papuyu (Anabas testudineus Bloch) berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukan bahwa Ftabel 5% (4,26) > Fhitung (7.49) < Ftabel 1% (8,02). dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis data H1 diterima H0 ditolak, berarti dapat dinyatakan perlakuan yang diberikan berpengaruh nyata terhadap setiap perlakuan dan dilihat dari angka pemberian artemia 63 ml yang dibagi 3 kali sehari kelangsungan hidupnya lebih baik dari yang 1 kali sehari dan 5 kali sehari. Parameter kualitas air pada tiap perlakuan masih dalam kisaran yang dapat menunjang kelangsungan hidup larva ikan berkisar Suhu 31,4 – 32,1, ºC, pH 6,0 – 6,2, DO 3,4 – 3,7 mg/L dan NH3 0,30 – 0,35.

ABSTRACT
Ahmad Ritaudin Aquaculture Study Program "The frequency of giving first instar I artemia nauplius (Artemia sp) to survival in imultaneously or partially and also their efficiency hatchery maintenance of papuyu fish larvae (Anabas testudineus bloch 1792)". The obstacles faced in papuyu fish farming include the high mortality rate of fish larvae due to environmental changes, disease, and failure of larvae to take natural feed. This study was carried out to determine the best time for natural feeding of artemia naupli how many times a day to be able to meet the needs of papuyu fish larvae which can increase their survival. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 4 replications in 12 experimental units. Treatment A: Giving of 63 ml of artemia nauplius once a day, treatment B: Giving of 63 ml of artemia nauplius three times a day, treatment C: Giving of 63 ml of artemia nauplius five times a day. The results showed that the survival rate of papuyu fish (Anabas testudineus Bloch) based on statistical tests showed that Ftable 5% (4.26) > Fcount (7.49) < Ftable 1% (8.02). as a result concluded that the analysis of H1 data is accepted. H0 is rejected, meaning that it can be stated that the treatment given has a significant effect on each treatment and it can be seen from treatment B of 63 ml of artemia, divided by 3 times a day, the survival rate is better than once a day and 5 times a day. Water quality parameters in each treatment are still in the range that can support the survival of fish larvae ranges between Temperature is 31.4 - 32.1, ºC, pH 6.0 - 6.2, DO 3.4 - 3.7 mg / L and NH3 0.30 - 0.35.
