PenelitiankaliinibertujuanbuatmengenalipengaruhOrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai yang terdapat di KantorKecamatanBanjarmasinUtara.HasilrisetinidiharapkanbergunauntukorganisasipemerintahberbentuksesuatudataterkaitolehpengaruhOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berkenaan dengan Kinerja pegawai diKantorKecamatanBanjarmasinUtara.
Model penelitian yang diterapkan pada risetini ialah model penelitianasosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan menggunakan metodesurveilapangansertamembagikankuesionerkepadaseluruhpegawaiKantorKecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Acuan teori dari Organ dalam Djati mengenaifaktoryangmemilikpengaruhterhadapOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB).
Hasil analisis data pada riset ini memakai uji validitas serta reliabilitasdenganprogramSPSStipe22merupakanvalidsertareliabel.Informasinyamenganalisisdenganmemakaianalisisnyaregresisimpel,ujikoefisiendeterminasinyasertaujit..DapatdisimpulkanbahwaadapengaruhOrganizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) berkenaan dengan kinerjanya daripegawaidiKantorKecamatanBanjarmasinUtara.Halinidapatdibuktikandengan signifikansi a = 0,05 yang mana hasil uji t = 6,203 dan signifikansinya <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), artinya hipotesis dapat katakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Haditerima.JadidapatkesimpulanbahwaOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB)berpengaruhyangsignifikankepadakinerjadarikantorkecamatanbanjarmasinutara.
Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan budaya perilakudan keadaan akan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai yang agarbisa meningkatnya produktivitas sumber daya manusianya dalam meningkatkanproduktivitas.

ThecurrentresearchaimstoidentifyinfluencesOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB)intheperformanceemployeesintheNorthBanjarmasin District Office. The benefits of this research are expected to sharebenefits for government organizations in the form of data related to the influencdof Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the performance employees inthe NorthBanjarmasinDistrictOffice.
The research model applied to this research is an associative researchmodelwith quantitative methods. The collection method used the field surveymethod and distributed questionnaires to all employees of the North BanjarmasinDistrictOffice.Theoreticalreferences fromOrgans inDjatiregardingfactorsthathave aninfluence onOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB).
The results of data analysis in this research using validity and reliabilitytests with the SPSS type 22 program are valid and reliable. The information isanalyzed using simple regression analysis, the coefficient ofdetermination testand the t test. It can concluding that is influenced of Organizational CitizenshipBehavior(OCB)withrespecttotheperformanceofemployeesintheNorthBanjarmasin District Office. This can be proven by the significance of a = 0.05where result ofthe t test = 6.203 and the significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05),meaning that the hypothesis can say that Ho is rejectand Ha is accepted. So itcan be concluded that the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) has asignificant effecton theperformance oftheNorthBanjarmasinsub-district office.
Suggestions from this research are expected to be able to create a bettercultureofbehaviorandconditionsforemployeeOrganizationalCitizenshipBehavior(OCB)inordertoimprovingthequalityofhumanresourceinincreasingproductivity.
