Abstract: This study discusses to discuss and analyze Company Size, Capital Structure, Profitability and CSR Disclosures on Company Value. This study used 188 participating manufacturing companies, which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. Samples selected using the purposive sampling method were obtained by 22 companies that met the criteria. Data analysis using linear multiple regression and moderate regression analysis on SPSS. The results of this study show that capital structure opposes the value of the company which shows a higher capital structure thereby increasing the value of the company. The company size variable shows a negative direction which means that the larger the size of the company will reduce the value of the company. Profitability and CSR disclosure are not attractive to the company's value. Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the effect of company size, capital structure, profitability and CSR disclosure on Company Value.
