Teacher performance is one of the important components in improving the quality of education, which will have an impact on the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Teacher performance is a determining factor in achieving educational goals. Factors that affect performance include: principal's managerial skills and academic supervision skills and organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to analyze the principal's managerial skills and academic supervision skills through the organizational climate on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Martapura District.

The population is all teachers in Martapura District with a total of 240 people, and the sample size is determined by simple random sampling of 143 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of research results using descriptive statistics, simple regression and multiple regression using SPSS Window Version 25.

Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) the principal's managerial skills in the high category, academic supervision skills in the medium category, organizational climate in the medium category, and teacher performance in the high category at SDN Martapura District (2) the relationship between principal managerial skills and organizational climate of 0.327; (3) the relationship between academic supervision skills and organizational climate is 0.624; (4) the relationship between principal managerial skills and teacher performance is 0.457; (5) the relationship between academic supervision skills and teacher performance is 0.277; (6) the relationship between organizational climate and teacher performance is 0.272; (7) the relationship between principal managerial skills and teacher performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable is 0.5459; (8) the relationship between academic supervision skills and teacher performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable is 0.4516.

The conclusion of this study is the managerial skills of the principal in the high category, supervision skills in the medium category, organizational climate in the medium category, and teacher performance in the high category. There is a relationship between the principal's managerial skills and academic supervision skills through the organizational climate on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Martapura District. It is recommended that principals and teachers play a role in maintaining managerial skills, and teacher performance in the high category as well as academic supervision skills, category climate, are being improved to improve and be developed and then implemented in the implementation of learning.
