Kinerja adalah suatu prestasi kerja atau hasil kerja seseorang berdasarkan kualitas yang dicapainya dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab yang diterima. Kinerja guru adalah faktor penentu tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Faktor yang memperngaruhi kinerja antara lain: kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja guru dan disiplin kerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja guru dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kecamatan Murung Pudak Kabupaten Tabalong.
Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini dari seluruh guru SMP se-Kecamatan Murung Pudak dengan jumlah guru 150 orang, dan hasil perhitungan sampel sebanyak 110 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarluaskan secara kepada sampel. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, analisis jalur dan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Window Version 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara: (1) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,871, (2) komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,991, (3) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,892, (4) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,882, (5) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 0,884, (6) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen kerja sebesar 0,874,(7) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui disiplin kerja sebesar 0,868.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan dari penelitian ini dapat disarankan beberapa hal seperti: (1) Guru sebagai pendidik hendaknya lebih aktif sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru, (2) Kepala sekolah hendaknya senantiasa memberikan arahan positif sehingga bisa meningkatkan komitmen dan disiplin kerja guru dalam bekerja, (3) lembaga pendidikan hendaknya memberi kesempatan para guru untuk mengembangkan diri, (4) penelitian ini hendaknya dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dan referensi untuk melakukan penelitian yang masih berkaitan.

Teacher performance is a work achievement or a person's work based on the quality achieved in carrying out the responsibilities received. Teacher performance is a determining factor in achieving educational goals. Factors that affect performance include: principal's instructional leadership, teacher work commitment and teacher work discipline. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the principal's instructional leadership, teacher work commitment and teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency.
This research approach is quantitative. The population of this study was from all junior high school teachers in Murung Pudak District with 150 teachers, and the results of the sample calculation were 110 people. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire which is distributed widely to the sample. Analysis of research results using descriptive statistics, simple regression, path analysis and multiple regression using SPSS Window Version 25.
The results showed that there was a relationship between: (1) principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance of 0.871, (2) work commitment to teacher's performance of 0.991, (3) work discipline on teacher performance of 0.892, (4) principal's instructional leadership on work commitment of 0.882, (5) principal's instructional leadership on work discipline of 0.884, (6) principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance through work commitment of 0.874, (7) principal's instructional leadership on teacher performance through work discipline of 0.868 .
Based on the findings of this study, it can be suggested several things such as: (1) Teachers as educators should be more active in an effort to improve teacher performance, (2) School principals should always provide positive direction so that they can increase teacher commitment and work discipline in work, (3 ) educational institutions should provide opportunities for teachers to develop themselves, (4) this research should be used as a reference and reference for conducting research that is still related.
