An educational process that includes an independent way of living in nature, interaction with other people outside the classroom, and interaction with the environment, for example, camping activities. Therefore, activities at the campground can be used as a learning resource. Research objectives: 1) To describe the profile of the Lamdikada Campground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. 2) To describe activities at the Lamdikada Campground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. 3) To analyze the activities at the Lamdikada Campground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru as a social science learning resource.

A qualitative approach was used in the research with the aim of describing the research results. The data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The validity test of triangulation data (time, techniques, and sources), member checks, and extension of observations were applied in the research.

Based on the results of the research, it was found that 1) LamdikadaCampground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru is area that was originally lent by the TNI to Kwarda to be used as a place for scouting activities since 1973. Kwarda's party already has a development project plan for the campground and will be realized if the area ownership status is already held by the Scout Movement of South Kalimantan. 2) Activities at the LamdikadaCampground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru are setting up tents, bonfires, arts perfomances and night jurits. This series of events can hone skills in interaction with nature and society. 3) Activities at the Lamdikada Campground in Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru are used as social science learning resource, which can be seen from the basic competencies with the suitability of the material. The activities are social interaction and the existence of social institutions. These social activities and social institutions are included in the social science material for grade VII. It is hoped that students can make the Lamdika campground a place for activities that can improve social skills and a place to interact.
