ABSTRACT
This research tries to Justify the effect of Moringa leaf flour inclusion to blood plasma urea, blood glucose and blood cholesterol levels in PE male goats. This research was carried out in the stable of Mr. Pamudji, Head of the Rukan Jaya Makmur Farmers Group, Guntung Manggis Village, Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City. The samples were analyzed at the Banjarmasin Health Laboratory from July to October 2021. This study used eight male PE goats which were divided into two groups randomly. The first group of four were given the main feed of field grass ad libitum plus concentrate feed (1% of body weight) as the control group (P0). The second group of four were given the main feed of field grass ad libitum plus concentrate feed (1% of body weight) then added Moringa leaf flour at 15% of the concentrate weight as the treatment group (P1). The mean mean values ??of the observed variables were compared by using Independent Sample T-test. Which, can be concluded that the use of Moringa leaf flour by 15% of the weight of concentrate as a feed supplement was not significantly different (P>0.05) in influencing blood plasma urea, blood glucose and blood cholesterol levels and was still in the normal category.
