Potensi sumber daya guru itu perlu terus bertumbuh dan berkembang agar dapat melakukan fungsinya secara potensial. Kinerja guru memang merupakan sesuatu yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai faktor. Kinerja dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada kinerja guru, sedangkan sumber masalah kinerja diduga bersumber pada masalah individu, kepemimpinan dan organisasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) Supervisi Kepala PAUD, Partisipasi Guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru, kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh supervisi Kepala PAUD terhadap kinerja,; (3) pengaruh Partisipasi Guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Pengaruh supervisi Kepala PAUD terhadap kompetensi profesional; (6) pengaruh Partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kompetensi profesional; (7) Pengaruh supervisi Kepala PAUDterhadap kinerja guru melalui kompetensi profesional; dan (8) Pengaruh Partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui kompetensi profesional.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang guru. Instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu angket yang telah memenuhi syarat uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, heterokedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Supervisi Kepala PAUD, kompetensi professional berada dalam kategori sedang, pada Partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru dan kinerja guru berada dalam kategori tinggi; (2) ada pengaruh supervisi Kepala PAUD terhadap kinerja; (3) Partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru; (5) supervisi Kepala PAUD terhadap kompetensi professional; (6) Partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kompetensi professional; (7) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung supervisi Kepala PAUD terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi professional; dan (8) tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung Kelompok Kerja Guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui kompetensi profesional.
Saran dalam penelitian ini, guru dapat meningkatkan kegiatan dalam KKG dan mengembangkan konsep keilmuan. Kepala PAUD diharapkan meningkatkan peran dalam supervisi dan partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru.

The potential of teacher resources needs to continue to grow and develop in order to carry out their functions potentially. Teacher performance is indeed something complex and involves various factors. Performance in this study is limited to the performance of teachers, while the sources of performance problems are thought to originate from individual, leadership and organizational problems.
This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) supervision of PAUD principal, teacher work group, professional competence and teacher performance; 2) the influence of supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance; (3) the influence of teacher work group on teacher performance; (4) the influence of professional competence on teacher performance; (5) the influence of supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance; (6) the influence of teacher work group on teacher performance; (7) the influence of the influence of supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance through professional competence; and (8) the influence of teacher work group on teacher performance through professional competence.
This study uses a descriptive with a quantitative approach for analyze influence on variabels. The number of samples in this study was 79 teachers. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had met the validity and reliability test requirements. Analysis prerequisite test with normality test, linearity test, heteroskedasticities and autocorrelation test. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using path analysis (path analysis).
The result of study showed that: 1) supervision of PAUD principal headmaster and professional competence in standard category, teacher organization and teacher performance in high category; 2) There are the influence of supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance; (3) teacher work group on teacher performance; (4) professional competence on teacher performance; (5) supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance; (6) teacher organization on teacher performance; (7) supervision of PAUD principal on teacher performance through professional competence; and (8) teacher work group on teacher performance through professional competence.
Suggestions in this study, for teachers can increase in supervision of teacher organization and develop knowledge concept. The principals are expected to role of supervision and teacher participation in teacher group.
