The online learning process has many impacts, ranging from positive impacts to negative impacts. In this online learning, teachers are required to prepare learning as well and as creatively as possible in providing a material. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) Planning (planning) online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Batu Piring and SD Negeri Paringin South 1, 2) Organizing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, 3) Actuating online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, 4) Evaluating online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This research is a qualitative research with a case study. The research was conducted at SDN Batu Piring and SDN Paringin Selatan 1. The sources of research data were principals and teachers who were determined by purposive sampling. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation and then analyzed by on-site data analysis, individual site analysis and cross-case data analysis.
The results showed: 1). Online learning planning includes aspects that are planned, the selection of media and applications used, 2) the organization of online learning is carried out through balanced lesson scheduling and collaboration between teachers and parents of students, 3) the implementation of learning includes 4 aspects, namely: the method of absorption, procedures for organizing learning, learning methods and allocation of learning time, 4) Evaluation of learning includes evaluation methods, evaluation times, value standards and corrective actions.
There should be an effort to improve interactive communication between teachers and students in online learning.
