ABSTRACT
Research on the effect of the NPK fertilizer formulation with water hyacinth bokashi on the growth and yield of the Bima Brebes shallot variety on Ultisol soil was carried out in Banjarbaru from April to July 2022. The experimental design used was a randomized group design (RAK) with fertilizer formulation treatments namely p0 = 100% NPK (without water hyacinth bokashi), p1 = water hyacinth bokashi + 75% NPK, p2 = water hyacinth bokashi + 50% NPK, p3 = water hyacinth bokashi + 25% NPK and p4 = water hyacinth bokashi goiter (without NPK). Observations included plant height, number of leaves per plant, number of tillers per plant, weight of harvested wet tubers per plant, weight of dry tubers stored per plant, yield per hectare, harvest time and tuber water content. The results of this study indicated that the treatment of NPK fertilizer formulation with water hyacinth bokashi had a significant effect on the number of leaves at the age of 3 and 4 WAP, the number of tillers at 2 WAP and the number of tubers per plant. Application of fertilizer with the formulation of water hyacinth bokashi + 50% NPK, application of 100% NPK and 100 % water hyacinth bokashi (without NPK) resulted in the best shallot growth and yield compared to other treatments in this experiment.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian mengenai pengaruh formulasi pupuk NPK dengan bokashi eceng gondok terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah varietas Bima Brebes pada tanah Ultisol telah dilakukan di Banjarbaru pada bulan April hingga bulan Juli 2022. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan formulasi pupuk yaitu p0 = 100 % NPK (tanpa bokashi eceng gondok), p1 = bokashi eceng gondok + 75% NPK, p2 = bokashi eceng gondok + 50% NPK, p3 = bokashi eceng gondok + 25% NPK dan p4 =100 % bokashi eceng gondok (tanpa NPK). Pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun per tanaman, jumlah anakan per tanaman, berat umbi basah panen per tanaman, berat umbi kering simpan per tanaman, hasil per hektar, waktu panen dan kadar air umbi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan formulasi pupuk NPK dengan bokashi eceng gondok berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 3 dan 4 MST, jumlah anakan umur 2 MST dan jumlah umbi per tanaman tanaman. Pemberian pupuk dengan formulasi bokashi eceng gondok + 50 % NPK, pemberian 100 % NPK dan 100 % bokashi eceng gondok menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya dalam percobaan ini.
