Since the Adiwiyata Program was held in Indonesia in 2006 until now, Tanah Laut Regency has recorded 15 Adiwiyata Schools at the elementary level. However, studies regarding the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in Elementary Schools of Tanah Laut Regency to determine the effectiveness of the program have not yet been carried out. This study aims to evaluate the Adiwiyata Program in Elementary Schools in Tanah Laut District at each Adiwiyata level.

The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and is supported by a qualitative approach. This research is evaluation research based on the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research was conducted in seven state elementary schools in Tanah Laut District.The Mandiri Adiwiyata level at SDN Atu-Atu, the National Adiwiyata level at SDN 4 Angsau and SDN Pabahanan, the Provincial Adiwiyata level at SDN Ambungan and SDN 3 Angsau, and the District Adiwiyata level at SDN 1 Angsau and SDN 1 Pulau Sari. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaire, and documentation.

The results showed that at the Mandiri Adiwiyata level (SDN Atu-Atu) the criteria for context and input were sufficiently effective, while for the process and product aspects the criteria were effective. At the National Adiwiyata level (SDN 4 Angsau and SDN Pabahanan), the criteria were very effective for the context aspect, effective for the process and product aspects, and quite effective for the input aspect. The Provincial Adiwiyata level(SDN Ambungan and SDN Angsau 3) obtained the smallest proportion when compared to the other Adiwiyata level, namely calculations that were quite effective in every aspect. As for the level of Regency Adiwiyata (SDN 1 Angsau and SDN 1 Pulau Sari) each aspect obtained the criteria for being effective. The Adiwiyata level does not affect the effectiveness of the Adiwiyata Program in Tanah Laut District Elementary Schools.
