Learning is the main activity in education. One of the things that affects learning activities is motivation, with motivation, students are always enthusiastic in learning activities without any coercion. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, many students have experienced a decrease in motivation. This is caused by several factors such as ineffective online learning, difficulty in understanding the material, and students' reluctance to complete assignments. Therefore, the researcher is interested to investigate the students’ learning motivation in face-to-face learning after Covid 19 Pandemics.

This research was descriptive-quantitative. The research objects are ELESP students’ batch 2020. The data were obtained through questionnaire and conducting interview. Then, transcribed into written form, and selected to fit the objective of the research. The data were analyzed by using Ms. Excel. The results of the study reveal that ELESP Students’ batch 2020 have higher intrinsic motivation than extrinsic motivation.

The result of this research could be used as materials to understand more about students’ motivation. The lecturer could increase the level of extrinsic motivation. The researcher expects this research could be a reference for other researchers who are interested to carry out similar research as one of their references.
