Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) terhadap peningkatan soft skill dan pengaruh Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) terhadap peningkatan hard skill mahasiswa Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Masalah difokuskan pada kurangnya kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM yang terjadi karena kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh mahasiswa terkait kapan dimulainya program MBKM itu sendiri.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sebanyak 361 mahasiswa ULM yang merupakan peserta program MBKM. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada para responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) terhadap peningkatan soft skill dan hard skill mahasiswa Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Hasil ini diperoleh dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diketahui nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 lebih besar dari probabilitas 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) (X) terhadap Peningkatan Soft Skill (Y1) dan Hard Skill (Y2) mahasiswa Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.

 

This research aims to analyze the effect of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) on improving soft skills and the effect of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) on improving the hard skills of Lambung Mangkurat University students. The problem focuses on the lack of student readiness in participating in the MBKM program which occurs due to the lack of information obtained by students regarding when the MBKM program itself will start. The research method used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique as many as 361 ULM students who were participants in the MBKM program. Data collection techniques through questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this research was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption analysis, and simple regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive influence between the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) on improving the soft skills and hard skills of Lambung Mangkurat University students. These results were obtained from hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is greater than the probability of 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) (X) on improving Soft Skills (Y1) and Hard Skills (Y2) Lambung Mangkurat University student.
