Tomatoes (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) are one of the most horticultural  items that planted by farmers because of the prospects in world market. This objective aims to figure out the effect of the concentration of tomato fruit priming organic solution on the vigor and growthof tomato seeds and to figure out the best concentration of tomato fruit priming organic solution on the vigor and viability of tomato seeds (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.). This research was undertaken at the Laboratorium Terpadu Jurusan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. This research utilized a single factor Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 5 treatments and 4 replications to acquire 20 experimental units. The parameters are Maximum growth of potential, capacity of germination, growth simultaneity and observation of the growth speed.  The results of the research exhibited that maximum growth of potential, capacity of germination, uniformity of growth and also growth speed of tomato seeds in treatment of several concentrations of organic priming solution did not have a prominent effect. The conclusion, there is no effect of the concentration of the organic priming solution for tomatoes on the vigor and viability of tomato seeds (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) and the best treatment from this research is found in the p₀⁽+⁾ treatment (KNO3 3%).
