ABSTRACT
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil biokimia darah induk kambing PE yang mengalami kawin berulang dipengaruhi oleh pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan suplemen Moringa Molasses Multinutrient Block (MMMB). Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 ekor induk kambing PE yang dipelihara secara intensif selama delapan bulan. 10 ekor diberi pakan suplemen MMMB sebagai perlakuan dan 10 ekor induk kambing PE diberi pakan suplemen Calphos Block sebagai kontrol. Pengambilan sampel darah dilakukan pada awal sebelum pemberian suplemen dan setelah lima bulan pemberian suplemen. Untuk membedakan plasma darah, sample darah kemudian disentrifuge pada kecepatan 3000 rpm. Mengukur kadar urea, kolestrol, dan glukosa dalam plasma darah, plasma darah dikumpulkan dalam freezer atau kotak es. Variabel yang diamati dibandingkan dengan menggunakan uji-t sampel independen. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan yang ditemukan pada kadar urea plasma dan glukosa darah (P>0,05) yaitu 20,19 vs 22,82 mg/dl dan 57,28 vs 51,76 mg/dl. Kolestrol darah menunjukan perbadaan yang signifikan (P<0,05) yaitu 104,50 vs 82,80 mg/dl. Urea plasma darah, kolestrol darah dan kadar glukosa darah tersebut masih tergolong normal.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Moringa leaf flour in Moringa Molasses Multinutrient Block (MMMB) supplement feed on the biochemical profile of PE goats that underwent repeated mating. This study used 20 PE goats that were intensively maintained for eight months. 10 were given MMMB supplement feed as a treatment and 10 PE goats were given Calphos Block supplement feed as a control. Blood sampling was carried out at the beginning before supplementation and after five months of supplementation. Blood samples were then centrifuged at 3000 rpm to separate blood plasma. Blood plasma was collected in an ice box or freezer for analysis of blood plasma urea, blood cholesterol and blood glucose levels. The observed variables were compared using an independent sample t-test. Blood plasma urea and blood glucose levels did not show significant differences (P>0.05) respectively 20.19 vs 22.82 mg/dl and 57.28 vs 51.76 mg/dl. Blood cholesterol showed a significant difference (P<0.05) which was 104.50 vs 82.80 mg/dl. The levels of blood plasma urea, blood cholesterol and blood glucose were still in the normal category and did not cause metabolic dysfunction in the body of the PE goat mother.
