Due to the influence of sea water intrusion, salt remains in the soil and is not completely leached. The high content of dissolved salts in soil salt, especially Na ions, causes plant growth to be hampered due to the osmotic and toxic effects of excessive salt ions. Efforts that can be made to reduce the negative effect of saline soil are by using organic materials and washing the soil. This research is a pot experiment using a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is washing with ion-free water (not washed, washed three liters and washed four liters) and the second factor is organic material (without organic material, 50 g husk charcoal and 50 g cow dung manure). The result, providing organic matter and washing in soil salt is able to have an effect on increasing pH, reducing DHL and Na-dd values, has no effect on C-organic, but has a very significant effect on increasing C-organic in the single treatment of giving organic matter, and is able to have an effect on plant height, number of leaves and dry weight of green mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.)
