Edamame cultivation in South Kalimantan has low productivity, to increase edamame yields, it can carry out the concept of cultivation with organic farming. One of them is applying organic fertilizers such as bokashi fertilizer. Bokashi fertilizer can be applied with one of the wetland weeds, kiambang. The problem faced by farmers in cultivating edamame is the presence of insect pests and can result in loss of edamame yields. There are several main soybean pests such as armyworms, green ladybugs and whitefly. This study aims to determine the effect and best dose of kiambang bokashi on insect pest diversity in organic edamame soybean plantings. It was located in Gunung Kupang Agricultural Area, Banjarbaru City. This study uses a one-factor Randomized Group Design (RGD), the treatment given is kiambang bokashi which consists of five levels, namely k0 = 0 tons/ha (Control), k1 = 5 tons/ha, k2 = 10 tons/ha, k3 = 15 tons/ha and k4 = 20 tons/ha. The treatment was repeated five times, resulting in 25 experimental units. Based on the results of the research conducted, the provision of kiambang bokashi has no significant effect on the diversity of insect pests in organic edamame soybean plantings. This can be seen in all parameters observed, namely the diversity index (H'), dominance index (C), species richness index (R) and evenness index (E) and there is no best dose of kiambang bokashi that can result in insect pest diversity in organic edamame soybean plantings.
