Red yellow podzolic soil is one type of soil found in dry land spread across Kalimantan around 30.15 million ha (57.22%). Its utilization can be done by providing organic materials to improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil. This study used a completely randomized design with a single factor. The factors tested was the provision of organic materials of goat manure and corn cob charcoal, and a combination of both as many as six treatments and one control, namely: B0 (control), B1 (2 tons ha^-1 goat manure), B2 (3 tons ha^-1 goat manure), B3 (2 tons ha^-1 goat manure + 0.5 tons ha^-1 corn cob charcoal), B4 (1 ton ha^-1 goat manure + 1 ton ha^-1 corn cob charcoal), B5 (3 tons ha^-1 goat manure + 0.5 tons ha^-1 corn cob charcoal), B6 ??(1.5 tons ha^-1 goat manure + 1 ton ha^-1 corn cob charcoal). The results of the study showed that the provision of goat manure and corn cob charcoal formula had a significant effect and was able to increase the water content of field capacity, aggregate stability, soil pH, available P and organic Cin red yellow podzolic soil. Treatment with the formula of 3 tons ha^-1 goat manure + 0.5 tons ha^-1 corn cob charcoal (B5) and 1.5 tons ha^-1 goat manure + 1 ton ha^-1 corn cob charcoal (B6) gave the best effect on water content capacity, soil aggregate stability, pH, organic C and available P.
