Analysis of the Effect of Spot Rate and Forward Rate (USD, EUR, JPY, and AUD) on Future Spot in the Period of 2013-2023.

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of spot rates and forward rates (USD, EUR, JPY, and AUD) on spot futures in the period 2013-2023.

This research is a type of causality research. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample (census), the amount of data in this study is 44 data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression which is processed with the SPSS version 25 program.

The results of this study indicate that the effect of spot rates (USD, EUR, JPY, and AUD) has a positive effect on future spot in the period 2013-2023 and forward rates (USD, EUR, JPY, and AUD) have a positive effect on future spot in the period 2013-2023.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kurs spot dan kurs forward (USD, EUR,JPY ,dan AUD) terhadap future spot pada periode 2013-2023.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel (sampling) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh (sensus), jumlah data dalam penelitian ini ada 44 data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 25.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurs spot (USD, EUR,JPY ,dan AUD) berpengaruh positif terhadap future spot pada periode 2013-2023 dan kurs forward (USD, EUR,JPY ,dan AUD) berpengaruh positif terhadap future  spot pada periode 2013-2023.
