Abstrak

Rasisme adalah bentuk diskriminasi atau prasangka terhadap individu atau kelompok berdasarkan ras, yang sering kali melibatkan keyakinan bahwa suatu ras lebih superior dibandingkan ras lainnya. Penyebaran rasisme di dunia maya diperkuat oleh mudahnya suatu konten menyebar di dunia maya, yang memungkinkan perilaku rasis menyebar lebih luas dengan cepat dibandingkan di dunia nyata. Penyebaran rasisme di dunia maya dapat dimodelkan menggunakan pemodelan matematika epidemiologi. Pada penelitian ini, model yang digunakan terdiri dari empat kelas yaitu individu rentan rasisme, individu terpapar rasisme, individu menyebarkan rasisme, dan individu yang menolak rasisme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan proses terbentuknya model matematika penyebaran rasisme di dunia maya, menentukan titik kesetimbangan, dan menganalisis kestabilan lokal di titik kesetimbangan pada model matematika penyebaran rasisme di dunia maya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di antaranya Next Generation Matrix, linearisasi, Kritertia Routh-Hurwitz, dan Runge Kutta orde empat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya model matematika penyebaran rasisme di dunia maya berupa model SEID (Susceptible, Exposed, Spreader, Deniers). Berdasarkan model tersebut diperoleh dua titik kesetimbangan yaitu titik kesetimbangan bebas rasisme dan titik kesetimbangan rasisme. Hasil analisis kestabilan di titik kesetimbangan bebas rasisme dan titik kesetimbangan rasisme stabil asimtotik lokal dengan syarat tertentu. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan parameter yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perubahan bilangan reproduksi dasar yakni parameter laju perpindahan dari akun dunia maya Susceptible menjadi akun dunia maya Exposed dan laju ditutupnya akun dunia maya. Selain itu, simulasi numerik menunjukkan bahwa titik kesetimbangan bebas rasisme dan titik kesetimbangan rasisme stabil asimtotik. 

Abstract

Racism is a form of discrimination or prejudice against individuals or groups based on race, which often involves the belief that one race is superior to another. The spread of racism in cyberspace is amplified by the ease with which content spreads in cyberspace, allowing racist behaviour to spread more widely and quickly than in the real world. The spread of online racism can be modelled using epidemiological mathematical modelling. In this study, the model used consists of four classes, namely individuals vulnerable to racism, individuals exposed to racism, individuals spreading racism, and individuals who reject racism. The purpose of this study is to explain the process of forming a mathematical model of the spread of racism in cyberspace, determine the equilibrium point, and analyse the local stability at the equilibrium point in the mathematical model of the spread of racism in cyberspace. The research methods used include Next Generation Matrix, linearisation, Routh-Hurwitz Criterion, and fourth-order Runge Kutta. The result of this research is the formation of a mathematical model of the spread of racism in cyberspace in the form of a SEID (Susceptible, Exposed, Spreader, Deniers) model. Based on the model, two equilibrium points are obtained, namely the racism-free equilibrium point and the racism equilibrium point. The results of the stability analysis at the racism-free equilibrium point and the racism equilibrium point are asymptotically stable with certain conditions. Furthermore, the results of the sensitivity analysis show that the parameter that has the most influence on changes in the basic reproduction number is the rate parameter of movement from Susceptible cyberspace account to Exposed cyberspace account and the rate of cyberspace account closure. In addition, numerical simulations show that the racism-free equilibrium point and the racism equilibrium point are asymptotically stable.
